The school will be closed from April 14 to April 18.
The processing of transcript and educational verifications will begin again on Monday, April 21, in the order they were received.
Please allow a few days after we return for your request to be processed.

Transcript Requests
To order an Aviation High School transcript you must do the following:
Print and complete these forms: Transcript Request Forms.pdf
Send a copy of your passport, IDNYC, or state-issued photo ID with your signature to prove your identity.
Payment Collection Temporarily Suspended because of technical difficulties: Pay for your transcript request at our school store by clicking here or submit a check or money order along with your request by mail to 45-30 36th Street, Long Island City, NY 11101
Email the completed forms to Gtoto@schools.nyc.gov or mail the completed forms to: Aviation High School, 45-30 36th Street, Long Island City, NY 11101, Attn: Transcripts *Note: After making your payment include the transaction number with your request
* Please only submit your request 1 time only using 1 of the delivery method above.
* If you are a third-party employment verification company you must send a signed release from the former student and the request MUST include the Full date of birth.
