The Process to obtain Working Permit:

Fill out the New York State application (Part 1 with Parent/Guardian signature) only.

Required Supporting Documents : 

  • Recent New York State Doctor's note -stating the student is fit for employment

  • High School ID 

    Please submit the application and copies of the required supporting documents to Aviation High School  Room 130
